Arts Attack

Compiled by Kat Lynch

HOW they do it we'll never know. Here we are in the midst of a persistent bout of economic flu and the Santa Cruz arts community is doing wheelies on its beach cruiser and back-flips with bouquets in both hands. Not only is this a typically lively fall arts season chock-full of visual art exhibits, dance, theater and music, it's also a red-banner year for the town's arts and entertainment infrastructure.
