Noa Levin: Designer, Mecomodo
Ten Questions for Noa Levin
The designer behind Mecomodo clothing shares her thoughts on what's important, what's not, and how a lifelong dream came true on the West Coast.
What do you do for living?
I'm the owner and main designer of a company which combines art and fashion. We do special orders and manufacture our own line of clothing and accessories here in Santa Cruz.
What would you be doing if you weren't doing that?
I would probably be a Paladian crow, sitting on the top of the mountain.
What do you do in your free time?
Anything that is uplifting for my most inner self ... travel or just going out of town to the abundant treasures of nature.
What brought you to Santa Cruz?
I guess it all started back when I was a teenager. The West Coast, with its Pacific Ocean, sounded magical to me. My friend/partner Yosef Tany also had this inexplicable attraction to the Pacific; so, about four years ago, we got in contact with a lady from Felton ... we landed finally in S.C.
What's your favorite street?
The ones along the cliff and the seashore.
Name something you're excited about.
This huge wave of channelers online, especially Bashar.
Name a pet peeve.
The yellow foam on the ocean.
What are you reading?
Right now I'm only listening ... to channelers online.
What's the most important thing you've learned in the last three years?
To live/love the now!
Recent personal food trend:
My everlasting trend is pure wild food, which means whatever grows wild and is gifted by mother earth.
