Three-Week Tour Close to 300 artists throw open their work spaces for three weekends NOW IN ITS 16TH YEAR, Open Studios offers a countywide self-guided tour of the many places that art (and, of course, artists) lives in Santa Cruz County. Admission for two comes with purchase of a catalog ($15), which doubles as a 2001 wall calendar illustrated with thumbnail images of works by participating artists. Hours are 11am-5pm on all days. North County studios open the first weekend; South County the second; a limited selection of studios countywide opens for the final weekend.
