Faith As We See It

Terrence

"I believe in Jesus. You know what's right and what's wrong--anybody does. Ain't nobody gonna sit there and tell you what's right and what ain't. I'm going to heaven, not hell. Who can tempt faith and get away with it?

"If I could do something else, I would. I have a bad back. I threw it out moving a beer keg when I was working. I applied for SSI, and I didn't get none. I'm an alcoholic. My mother, my father, everybody in my family. I only drink beer, though."

---Terrence "Free Willy" changes his shirt while asking motorists for spare change in the median of Ocean Street where it crosses Water Street.
