Wet & Wild: The 26th annual Santa Cruz Paddle Festival—a competition centered on kayak and stand-up paddle surfing—drew a large crowd at Steamer Lane last weekend. The festival stretched from March 15 through March 18, and featured notable athletes from around the world.
